We often take a management role in coordinating collaborative efforts with other designers and engineers and work well in team environments. We are able turn to reliable contract resources for production assistances and special projects when required, further expanding the range of our capabilities. Our sensitivity to the needs of each project, the client and the interests of outside stakeholders have allowed the firm to respond with work plans and designs that are unique to each situation.
The firm has embraced energy and resource conservation since before the term GREEN BUILDING came into use. Hogan’s interest in solar heating and other appropriate technologies dates back to the late seventies as an undergraduate at the University of New Mexico. We have designed LEED projects and are familiar with the administration of the process. Typically we will discuss project needs with our clients to determine the cost/benefits of LEED certification.
